【前言】 随着我国经济持续快速发展,我国的广告业亦成为全球广告市场发展速度最快的国家之一,并荣登亚洲第一广告大国的宝座。广告业的快速发展,有力的推动了经济建设,从1981年到2005年,中国广告年营业额的增长超过1000位,广告费占GDP的千分比已从0.24上升到9.3。中国的广告业正成为国民经济中重要的新兴产业之一,中国将在2010年前发展成为全球第二广告市场。LED是户外广告,是21世纪最具有发展前景的高新技术产业,正在引发全球性的照明光源和显示革命。中国LED产业近年来得到了迅猛发展,2005年中国LED的产量已达到262.1亿只。据美国权威机构预测,到2010年全球LED应用市场为500亿美元,中国LED应用市场为600亿元人民币。 FOREWORD With the speed development of economic, our advertisement industry becomes to one of the fastest development countries in the world’s advertising market and gets the title of the largest advertising country in Asia. The rapid growing advertising industry has promoted the economic construction. From 1981 to 2005, the Chinese advertising sales volume has increased to thousand, the percentage of advertising fees in GDP has raised from 0.24 up to 9.3. The Chinese advertising industry has becoming to the one of new rising industries in national economic construction. Besides, China will become to the second advertising market before 2010. LED is the outside advertisement and the most promising new high-tech industry, which is also evoking the universal light source revolution. The Chinese LED industry has gotten the quick development recently. Until 2005, the LED outputs have reached into 262.1 billion. The exhibitors should send the charges to the prescribed account and fax the bank remitting certificate to the committee within five days after application. The arrangement of booth will accord to the principle “applying first, paying first, arranging first”. The deadline is February 1st, 2009. The organizer will give the receipt to exhibitors first after receiving charges, then the exhibitors will exchange receipt for invoice during the exhibition period. 【注意事项】 1、如遇不可抗力,承办单位有权改变展出时间和地点。 2、严禁侵权、假冒伪劣产品参展。 3、为服从展览会大局,承办单位有权对个别参展商的展位进行合理调动。 ITEMS FOR ATTENTION When encountering force majeure, the organizing committee has the right to change the fair place and time.
